Automotive Title Clerk

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective state/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer service.

Duties:

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, auctions, and customers.
• Submit proper and accurate documents to the state's department of motor vehicles; to obtain title and registration for vehicles sold to customers in Pennsylvania as well as any other state.
• Reports status of all title work to department managers.
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional / customer-focused manner.
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Troubleshooting and problems resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.
• Teamwork and cross-training are a must, as all of our office staff work closely with each other to ensure the success of the entire dealership.
• Sound judgment when faced with complex circumstances and attention to detail is necessary.

Skills/Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have title and motor vehicle experience. The position requires office skills including personal computer. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral, or schedule form and deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations is essential.

Philly Auto is looking for Sales Consultants who are non-experienced and experienced in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be self-motived, also willing to learn a proven sales process that will satisfy our customers' needs and wants. All candidates most have strong communication skills and positive attitude. This is a professional environment and with proven management team.

Job Description

Gain in depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers.

Must be able to handle sales administrative aspects of the position as well as selling vehicles.

Progressive approach to managing sales leads and excellent communication skills on the phone as well as in person.

Inventory Photographer

Basic Responsibilities:

The photographer is responsible for photographing all used vehicles. Flexible schedule. Must be available to work at least 3 times a week.

Shoot 5-10 vehicles per day, 40-60 photos per vehicle, highlighting special features and selling points, using a basic point and shoot digital camera.
